Sued For Monetizing

As long as your posting content that's not yours and you're making money out of it they can sue you. That's why youtube always say upload only your own material.
 
Yea, for example the gaming world.. It's never a good idea to monetize silent play throughs or walkthroughs because without your commentary or voice which is your property, the gaming industry can say "That's our stuff your posting up there..take that off" You will get striked, most of the time with that it's just 3rd party claims and they get the money .

That might happen too... you might get 3rd party claims which means they make the money off the videos and I think it keeps you from getting anything, but not sure.
