Stop making videos while on contract

Hello guys, i've been making youtube videos for a while and i'm about to join IGN or Machinima. But my question is the following.
What will happen if my contract is let's say 1 year long and i stop making videos on the fifth month. Can i get into any law troubles,or get my account closed.Or the worse thing it could happen is to get contract canceled?

not really big,a new small channel but i think i can join some groups with low-requirments
So my question is can i get in problem with the law if i stop making videos :?

It will stipulate in your contract. How would this benefit you? Surely you'd want to keep making videos for more money.

I agree with KGATV ..

You shouldn't partner if you plan on quitting less than half-way through a contract (that is, if it is a 1-year lock in). That's like getting a job & setting a date to quit it at.

I don't plan stop making videos but you know sometimes sh*t happens and you have to stop.
So my only question is Can it get me in trouble with the law, i mean getting sued and things like that?

In that case, check the contract. Also, your partner agent/manager will be able to talk to you about it.
