11 and 24 are nearly impossible. So much Youtubers get games very early from Developers/Publishers. Sometimes a week or even more before the actual release date. By the time the game is actually released there are already tons of videos of that game out on Youtube.

You are correct. You'll be swamped by the bigger channels immediately, even if you somehow managed to get something new up on a channel; somebody with an average million-views-a-video channel could put it up two months later than you and still get more views! The realities of life (and online)..
 
^^I agree with the above posts 11 and 24 are good but very hard. The trick to still get good views is that people share the video's and hope for the best.
 
Its him, if you look at his channel and username, he mentions mahanoprogramming on the linked one too.
