Other Starting a community Channel, Who's In?

I'm quite interested, one thing is I'd like to join after I get my new camera if that's okay? Or are you making a deadline to when people can join?
Yeah okay dokey, you can join now but not make videos until after you get your camera if you want?[DOUBLEPOST=1371578967,1371578871][/DOUBLEPOST]
I have seen quite a few community channels be made and fall, and I have participated in a few so heres a few tips.
1. Do not accept everyone, There are people that are just not good at making videos and don't produce quality content and I'm sorry but they need to make quality content if they want to be in a community channel
2. Stay organized, this thread will get quite a few bites as John/Ken said, keep your members organized and keep your uploading schedule organized. Things will get hectic quickly lol.
3. Instead of taking volunteers go to slightly larger commentators (1000 or so) to see if they would like to upload maybe once every 2 weeks or so, it will bring in some viewers and maybe some of their viewers to watch your communitys things.
Hoped these helped a little bit.
Organization is big with me, I like getting things done, Until we are off the ground at least i shall accept pretty much anyone as long as their content isn't terrible obviously, after we actually have the right to tell people no, Then i shall start being more picky. Thanks

I would love to join in on this if that's possible! I've been a part of a few community channels (with a previous YT acc) so I guess I have a bit of "experience" with some aspects of a community channel :)

Sure, I'll still join. It may be a month or two if that's okay? I would put out videos but I am currently using a webcam. The highest quality is 480p I got on a video but it varies.
