Spam or actual partnership?

Hi everyone!
So I just found this email in my spam-folder and I'm not too sure what to think about it.
Do you guys think it's spam and should I just ignore it or is it an actual offer for a partnership and should I ask for more information?
I personally guess it's just spam, but I wanted to be sure.

Okay I don't think you can actually read what's on the picture...
the mail goes like this:

subject: 22, January 2018
mail: Hello,

I request your permission to contact you. I would like to discuss a
partnership with you. I look forward to your response, so I can send
more information. Thank you as i wait your respond.

Yeah I noticed, so I wrote out the email in a comment (see above) to this thread, but it came a bit later since it had to be moderated first;

Yeah just ignore generic messages like that. It's probably an MCN recruiting for partners.

Even if it's an actual partnership offer, it's still spam.

Yeah, they're probably harvesting email addresses too which they then sell on.
