Sound packs for editing?

I'm doing some editing and I was wondering is there any kind of sound packs or something along the line of that I can download?Like the mlg noises and other noises you see in videos.
 
There's a few like Freesound or Sound Bible. You may have to create an account but for Sound Bible at least there shouldn't be a charge. I recommend you read their T&C's with regards to copyright to make sure you wont run into any problems using the sounds!

Both these sites contain huge databases of sound effects. I'm not sure if the specific one you mentioned is included but it's worth a look.

EDIT: You know what I've just thought of? Have you tried making your own sounds? Use Audacity and record a sound using your mouth. By pitch shifting, changing speed, altering treble, bass and layering on numerous effects you can create some awesome sounds. One of my favourite things to do.
