well fullscreen gives you support from there staff and also you are assigned a partner manager during the course of the contract period. I believe cpm share is based on a number of factors but i noticed increased earnings after claiming my videos for revenue share with my videos as soon as i joined the network but i am kind of new and they do pay you like most networks do which is when you reach that $100 threshold.
