It's just a name more than anything.
I know that sounds crazy but think about Youtubers like
JonTron (Video game channel with no Tron at all)
PewdiePie (No Pew's or die pies at all)
Egoraptor (No ego or raptors)
Chuggaconroy (I mean this doesn't even make sense)
CaptainSparklez (I shouldn't have to explain this one ._.)
But if you still don't want to it's fine.

SegaSaturn is a brand name. It implies you're going to have very specific content on your channel, but CaptainSparklez is a person name or a nickname, like all the others you listed.

So... I guess changing your schedule is not an option, like, at all?
Doing that seems much more sensible than bringing along some random person off the forum, that you don't even know, to record your channel's video content... What if their LP turns out to be complete trash?

That's one way to interpret it, but I think of it more as a nickname or idea that my channel probably has something to do with video games. But you do make some valid points, which are hard to argue with.

It's not an interpretation ,it is a fact. Sega Saturn is a brand name, the others are not. If you don't want to be associated with SS then a new channel is the only way to go.
