So what EXACTLY is so horrid about RPM

I have to agree.. If anyone is in the wrong it's the micro-channels that are signing the contract.

There are a few who have no interest in the money, understand the fact they are a much smaller channel and use the extra features such as thumbnails and the music library to grow their channel.

RPM is doing nothing wrong, channels are.[DOUBLEPOST=1369256362,1369256295][/DOUBLEPOST]
2 years isn't that long, especially for a growing youtube channel.

I am partnered with RPM, they have always responded to my emails within 1-2 days of me sending it.

They do stick to their contract, they legally have to. And if they don't, they're screwed.
First of all there are several cases where they have broken their contract, and renewed people's contracts out of the time range that was stated. Also they'll accept anyone, whether you have 1 or 1 million subs. Their CPM is way below average, and their splits is awful as well. There's no reason why anyone with above 1000 subs would want this network.

See but that's what I'm saying- I don't care about the money! I could be making ZERO and I wouldn't care. I just wanna use the features to slowly grow my channel and then get partnered by a bigshot network.
What of you have 10M views monthly in a years time... That means RPM would be take like 60k off you before the end of your contract... You seriously wouldn`t mind that?...[DOUBLEPOST=1369256973,1369256892][/DOUBLEPOST]I hadn`t checked...
@Op, you do realize you get like a third of what they require in daily views? :p

I'm not getting partnered now I'm talking about the near future

And why do you call me @op?

I don't understand why people are in so much of a rush to partner. They justify it by saying they aren't interested in the money NOW. What about 2 years down the road? What about the better networks out there? What about the support, features, etc.?

If I were you, I'd wait for a better contract with a company with better support. I was offered a contract by RPM and FullScreen but I wasn't going to get locked into a s****y contract for 2 years just to get a few custom thumbnails.

Don't partner just to partner. Do some research. I'm happily partnered with ZoominTV after doing a lot of research. They have great support, great CPM, and a 80/20 split with a 3 month trial before a year lock-in. Just do some research and take your time. The networks will always be there.

Lemme put it to you this way- I'm 12 and 10 months. In 2 years I'll be 14 going on 15. THEN I'll be ready to get serious.

There are a lot of things bad abou RPM but i don't think they have CPM way below average. Maker Studio has a pretty good sales team and the CPM are quite good, not the best but not even "way below average" ;)
