Unless it's in the contract then you are just being told what you MIGHT get and probably before their cut. If your RPM is around $3.00 in your AdSense account then I would say stay with YouTube.

As Gabriel mentioned, unless the estimates are in a valid contract you really should research about the networks. Of the list you mentioned Fullscreen is the only network that has a long-term reputation.
