Yeah many people say that, but this maybe some late advise, always wait 3 days before signing a contract and search the internet. I mean those contract will be still there after 3 days there is no rush.

You're absolutely correct, wish I would have found that out sooner.. may i ask the minimum they breached?

My contract never said anyhing about a minimum so I should get payed every month, but last month they did not pay me because I didn't reach the mimimum, so I see this as a breach of the contract. But I know in the new contract they mention the mimimum. Just look at it on your contract, if it's not in there and it says you should get paid every month and they do not pay you because of that you can say they breached the contract.
