They payout 60% gross, before that it was 55% gross , they just basically changed the wording to make it seems like the upped the payout to 100%, they`ve stopped saying that now

By 100% they mean 100% of what TGN gets.
The money goes Google > BBTV > TGN > You
Google gets a percentage, BBTV gets a percentage, TGN gets the rest and passes 100% of that onto you.
They used to give 80% of what they got to you.
