Its a gaming channel with play/walk throughs. Now what I thought infringed on copyright rules, this channel promotes its. No commentary just records his gameplay and uploads it. Am I wrong about this channel is it ok to do this? Any thoughts?

I believe that you HAVE to talk I think they said 70%? of the gameplay for it to be covered but hey channels get away with it and I doubt anythings going to happen to him so can't do much I personally think it's more fun to talk during videos "except for cut scenes"

I certainly think it is a lot more fun with commentary. I just saw his channel and he monetizes even the publishers' trailers.... but whatever I was just curious. I am really catching the youtube bug and can't wait to throw out more videos.

I thought you weren't supposed to monetize trailers. Regardless of network or not.
