Hello, everyone. Relfex here.
I'm having some trouble. After recording a collaboration video this afternoon, I realized that my voice is extremely low in the video, and my Skype partner's voice is very loud in the video.

For the next time I record with other people, how do I get both my mic volume and the Skype call volume to equalize when I'm recording?
I need my voice and the Skype partner's voice to be at the same audio levels in the video.

If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.
 
Pro tip: before recording - check audio levels -> test record -> Listen to sample -> re-edit audio levels until its acceptable -> then start recording.
Common mistake for the unexperienced :)
 
If you use fraps there is a setting where it will record your mic and skype call simultaneously so it come out equal
 
That always happens to me. What editor do you have, because in mine I'm able to lower their voice and raise mine as I'm editing. Otherwise just change the audio levels before you record :)
