I Love YTtalk
so i'm looking for both those positions for my minecraft parody! The Lyric Writer will get a 10% cut from the itunes Sales and Will be allowed to upload it to his channel(and monetize it)!!!!
The Singer will get 30% of the iTunes Sales and Will be allowed to upload it to his channel(and monetize it)!!!!
I need them both asap!!!! :)

Getting stuff straight time:

Variable 1: Five subscribers.
Variable 2: Probably no iTunes/Any Marketing experience.
Variable 3: Isn't, for the most part, helping make the song.
Variable 4: Is taking 60% of the profit.
Variable 5: Workers can upload it to their own channel(s)

Conclusion: You are finding two people to write and create a song, letting them have PERMISSION to upload to their own channels, and giving over half of their profit to somebody who simply "owns" the project and has seemingly no experience with this style or genre of video.

Sorry to sound blunt but this surely isn't going to work out the way you planned in your head. You're going to realize how much more work this will have to take and, one, put the extra effort in, or two, drop the idea all together.
