Signing on with a Talent Agency?

Has anyone with a larger channel had any experience with this?

I've been in contact with a talent agency for a bit over a year now and with the recent advertising issues that have developed on YouTube, now might be a good time to look at signing up with something of the sort. They say they are all about building a brand around the channel and bringing in new additional sources of revenue.

They don't take any of my adsense revenue.

I'm a large channel myself, but alot of my content is not "advertiser friendly" so am looking at other options to move forward with.

I think it sounds interesting.
Like you say with recent advertising issues that have developed on YouTube it might be a good time now if you are looking for a way to make money of YouTube.
I would like to see your channel, do you have a link?
 
Not big channel at all but just wanted to say that here in Japan it seems almost all big channels are managed by "talent" agencies. And yes it seems they can bring some additional revenue - of course you will have to make product placements and stuff like this.
In anyway it will be cool to hear some feedback if you decide to join them.
