Should it be c/USERNAME? or user/USERNAME?

I have my channel link on yttalk directed to c/adamgoodsellofficial. But also I can direct people to user/theadamgoodsell. 1.Why do I have a c/ and a user/ url? How do I make it so only one of those exists. Whats going on? And how does this pertain to channel organization as a whole?

/user/ is old url and it would work forever XD
/c/ is new link and ut also works here on Yttalk (just checked your link in signature and it works fine)

Yeah, they both work and to my knowledge neither can be disabled or anything. Though, I think having more than one way to access your channel can only be a good thing!
