Should I worry about Copyright Notices?

Blanket statement. Can't possibly know this is true... unless you secretly work for Machinima. It's true they have a lot of agreements and some that others don't have, but you can't say "all the gaming licenses so you should be fine" and expect that to be sound advice.

Incorrect. Again, bad advice. Many networks have cut-scene restrictions.

Shane, was it GKart64 that said something like ... "the worst kind of information is false information"? He was right.
They have all the major publishers licenses... I meant all the licenses for the games listed in the OPs post

Backpedaling. Anyway, be more careful with your wording then. Words are powerful... and with great power comes great responsibility. It's better to give sound advice or no advice at all than to try to prove you "know everything" constantly.

Machinima own all the gaming licenses so you should be fine, if you`re really unsure send a tweet to @RicMachinima
Plus when doing a walkthrough machinima have a strict rule about cut-scenes ;)

No they don't.. Shane.. You are spreading misinformation.

"Machinima own all the gaming licenses "
How can you even believe this for a second, honestly?

Machinima is no different, they have a few specific licenses for movie/game trailers but even then it's not perpetual and it doesn't apply to anyone partnered under them.

Why the b******t?

youre spreading mis infirmation.. They have all the main ones and they apply to all the channels under them..

Machinima does not have all the agreements that people seem to assume. When their partners upload videos of smaller games, they are often breaking copyright laws. They do however have some of the bigger ones like Activision and EA. Cut scenes are worse though, because it is not different then uploading an animated TV show in the middle of your video. I would delete any videos that have cut scenes in them.

Thanks for the info,

I have additional info, so Far Cry 3 is made by Ubi Soft, do you think its safe to say they will not change their claim in future?
