Should I worry about Copyright Notices?

I am partner with Machinima and I am doing video game walk through.
I have recently finished Far Cry 3 and I have received few Copyright Noticed. I acknowledged them and videos are showing fine.

I do not need to run ads on this videos, just want to show it to my viewers. Should I just leave it or should I delete it? I also had Copyright noticed on my Borderlands 2 video like 4 months and and I acknowledged it and never had problem since. Of course I am not making money off of that video, but thats ok with me.

If anyone can give me advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Machinima own all the gaming licenses so you should be fine, if you`re really unsure send a tweet to @RicMachinima
Plus when doing a walkthrough machinima have a strict rule about cut-scenes ;)

Yea, they have cut-scene restriction. I try to follow that rule, but some of my videos does have cut scenes......
How come some big Machinima partner are allowed to have those cut scenes?

Do you happen to know any network that allows cut scenes? Also if I Have commentary will it be ok to post cut scenes?
If you know since I am with Machinima, you may not know

I think it`s fine if you put commentary over them and have no music playing ;)
Machinima is the only network I know of that has a problem with cut-scenes....

Blanket statement. Can't possibly know this is true... unless you secretly work for Machinima. It's true they have a lot of agreements and some that others don't have, but you can't say "all the gaming licenses so you should be fine" and expect that to be sound advice.

Incorrect. Again, bad advice. Many networks have cut-scene restrictions.

Shane, was it GKart64 that said something like ... "the worst kind of information is false information"? He was right.

Does Fullscreen have cut-scene restrictions?
