Should i wait to apply for a network? i got a strike

Yeah unfortunately Networks can't partner channels with community guideline strikes, copyright strikes etc.

The strike will expire 6 months from the knowledge date though

I read about copyright strikes and it said it may expire. Is it the same for both or not?

Community Guideline strikes have always guaranteed to expire 6 months from knowledge date. YouTube recently changed 'may' to 'will' for Copyright strikes.

The strike will expire as long as you complete Copyright School and receive no additional copyright strikes during those six months.
