Should I put music in the background of my Q & A?

I mean the title explains it all. Should I have background music or should it just be me talking?

If you are just talking to the camera it would be a good idea to have some background music on.
Just make sure it's fitting, and that it's low enough so we can hear your voice loud and clear.

As a typical rule, music is best over b roll video. Not a stand up but I think it’s fine

I don't put music behind talking - it is distracting. If it is just a visual look around, some background music (still quiet) is ok. As soon as I start talking, the music stops. I tried it before (very quiet music) and got too many complaints.
