Should I keep my outro?

I've Got It
I don't really use the next video and previous video, as I can't go back and edit it when I do post a new video. I do use the subscribe thing, and I think the outro makes it look more professional, but I don't know what I should do. Please give me advice?

I hate those. I can't make decisions for poop.
 
If you don't use annotations, then it is harder to justify you having it. For the most part, the shorter your video, the better on YouTube (it is a bell curve, there is a too short). Perhaps make a shorter version of your outro?
 
Change the next video one to heres another video. and just have two of your previous videos
