That's exactly what I'm saying, I have no idea if the money or the support is right. If I did, I wouldn't be posting.

why not try testing their support by putting a question on their help page and see how well they respond.
 
Honestly, in all the time I've been with Machinima, I've never had a reason to use their support. I've contacted them a handful of times and always received replies. Was really just hoping there was a straight forward answer as to which partnership I should be looking for given the size and statistics of my page, but everyone seems as confused as I am on the topic.
 
There really isn't a answer to this question since its opinion based. This is a question your going to have to figure out on your own.
