Server Error Details?????

hey guys, whats up... hope all is well...
anyhoo quick qhestion....

why am i getting the Server Error details message on a video that i just uploaded??? i just made a video regarding the Overwhelm Puppy passes out topic, and went to use the same thumbnail the owner had used, and its telling me that it wont save the changes and giving me the server error details error... whats up with that?
