Seriously I still don't understand. What do networks like Fullscreen offer that I can't already get?

for example if i make 30,oo0 views monthly and all of them are monetize, can i earn money and quit my day job? :D
Depending on your daily needs and the place you live in :D
But i would doubt anyone could survive from 30k a month without side job or side support :D

Branding options have been normalized, so I don't need that any more. (and probably wouldn't give you 1/3 of my revenue just for that anyway).
It's not hard to find free/cheap music on the internet. (and I don't use music in my videos much anyway)
I don't buy that I'll make any extra money, and won't until someone specifically demonstrates how. I've heard lots of people say they make less money than normal Google Adsense, but almost no one say they make more.
I don't buy that they'll "promote" your channel until I see this happen...I have followed a couple Fullscreen partners who have had less than 500 subscribers for the past year.
I have gone from 400 to 13k subs in less than a year on my own, you telling me a network can do better?
I feel like I am missing something, because almost every popular YouTuber is partnered with a Network, and Fullscreen has accepted me, but I fail to see why anyone would willingly give a middleman a cut of their money when they can take care of anything themselves.

We offer premium CPMs because we have a sales team that sales much of our own advertising for partners so that ads are targeted for specific channels demographics, location, etc. resulting in higher CPMs. We also have Gorilla campaigns (which you'd be perfect for) where you simply incorporate a sponsored message into the topic of one of your normal vlogs and you can earn anywhere from $20-$50 CPMs for that one video on top of your standard YouTube revenue.

I run our social media here at Fullscreen and I'm always sharing partner's videos of all sizes and we do the same thing within our sub-networks. You would be in our VlogUnion sub-network and we have opportunities for you to be featured on the hub channel and easy access to collaborations within that network through our dashboard. Hope this helps in your decision making process! Thanks. :)

How is it possible that people are making less money with FullScreen (and other networks) than with normal adsense? I don't know if it this a minority of people, but how is it possible for it to happen at all? Why do no actual partners confirm this?

I'm familiar with the Gorilla campaigns, though, but I'm not sure if I am comfortable with them at this point.

Everyone's situation is different. It's possible that some people may be getting tons of mobile views that aren't monetized or their videos are mainly viewed in countries with poor advertising options. There's so many different factors that go into making money on YouTube. Thankfully we offer great one on one support via our partner managers who can help you adjust and adapt to YouTube in the best way possible for your channel.

Well, if someone click bomb your videos (happens to most of the people because of "competition") your adsense will be ban forever and there's no way to get it back.
But with fullscreen you're immune to that. This is the main reason why I joined them.

Search for "OmniTechNews" they stopped making videos because of "disabled adsense" account.
