serious problem of partnership

Its the holidays.. when networks have thousands of partners making request during the holidays they get backed up.. you have no choice but to wait.... if you keep contacting them, i doubt it speeds up anything.. it would actually clog up the system with false tickets.. which only adds to the time of response...

Still, the Holidays are no excuse for a late payment, these networks are supposed to be professional, and thats a very unprofessional thing to do.

I'm not sure, do they have a different email address for other issues or maybe a phone number? They called me when recruiting me so that might be possible. Just be very firm, saying you did not receive your payment and you have requested support but did not receive it in 15 days.

complicated , I'll keep trying

Sorry to hear that, but double check your Spam folder just in case response emails come from a different address.
  1. How did you come about partnering with them?
  2. How long have you been with them?
  3. What are their minimum payment amounts?
  4. Have you received any payment from them before?
All the best.

other networks have the same problem *payment* because of holiday season so please bear? with it

Hey Everson,

I'd like to let you know about the payment cycle for partners in our networks.

If you joined up in December, for example, and your first monetized (claimed) views are in December, then you will receive a report 30 days after the end of the month, with confirmed data. So, for the month of December, you will receive your report at the end of January. YouTube takes some time to audit these views, and we then confirm the numbers in our system.
Payments are then sent out 15 days after the reports, which allows time for corrections to be made if necessary, and any missing payment details to be corrected.
I hope this clears up any confusion about reports and payments.

If you would like further information, please email partner support and we will be happy to continue to respond to your emails.

Regards,
Luke
