ZoominTv or Curse. Like what Shane said. They have no lock-ins (ZoominTv has no lock-in for the 3 month trial only) and you seem to have the requirements to join them both.

There is not that much no lock-ins.
UFG (Curse) is the only one i heard that has no lock in.
TGN i heard also have no lock in but i got an impression that its not recommended network.
Zoomin is no lock in only for first 3 month (trial)
You wont get more network names with no lock ins im pretty sure.
If i would be you i would go with UFG
