Scared to make copyright claims for people who steal my video?

Even so, we still lose in the end. We lose out on the views that we could have got for those days/hours. Not to mention it connects to my other videos that were giving me more views. So in the end because of some miserable person, you lose out in the end. I'm so upset. =(

Can we all make a petition or mass feedback to YouTube to fix their flagging issue?
