hey dude just keep working on your channel! you don't wanna get in to anything to quickly. keep on doing what you're doing,learn what you can, grow as a youtuber and make sure it remains fun for you... then once you start building more of an audience you can try for a partnership again! :)

What Vic Said... You got plenty of time.. don't even worry about partnership right now.. Worry about content and creativity and networking (Meeting people and promoting yourself)
 
You should understand that your channel is way to small to join fullscreen,sorry but it is the harsh truth :(

I agree with this guy, you really shouldn't be concerned about networks yet anyway. Right now, your main focus should be making high quality videos and developing a audience. A great way to grow your channel is by promoting yourself through social media sites. Your first fans will always be family and friends. And always remember Quality over Quantity.
