Sad, been regected

Hello yesterday i applied for fullscreen because it kept saying it everywhere not know what fullscreen is then later on today i got an email from them i looked at it and it sayed 'i regret to inform you that we are unable to partner with you at this time.
Can someone explain why not because that made me sad seeing that proabably because my subscriber amount but i dont know!
 
Is there a network for small youtubers like myself because i have been stuck on 14 subs for almost 2 weeks now.
 
Just keep trying, make more content, try and promote yourself to gain views and subs and apply again in like a month or two. Don't get sad pal you will get there if you keep trying

Don't try to partner yet you will get taken advantage of and probably lose revenue from partnering at this stage. I'd advise waiting till at the very least 100 views daily, and good luck!
