I highly doubt it's because of your content and you have a nice view average. Some people have been getting automated responses declining them without proper reason, so I suggest you search for their support means and contact them to inquire or reapply GL.

I`d say they think your channel is too young (not posting long enough)
or
not getting enough views

Pokemon isn`t really much of a problem to monetize, Nintendo arn`t strict compared to a few other publishers.
In fact there`s a pokemon only YouTube network, which I can`t remember the name of atm

I hope that is the reason why I was rejected. It would kill me if I wasn't accepted into any network due to my content. Also, I had no idea there was a pokemon only network out there. I'll give it a shot and see if I find it. Thanks for the advice!

I'm partnered with RPM and it took a few times to get accepted because they looked at my thumbnails and assumed there was copyrighted content in the actual video, so I contacted a person from RPM support and they took a look properly and deemed it was fair usage and accepted me, It could be a similar thing with you I'm sure they'll accept eventually, your view count seems enough too me, its well over the 87 per day average.

hehe no, I don't talk in my videos at all. My channel isn't even a gaming channel. I create Pokemon figures out of oven bake clay.

Yup, all songs taken from royalty free websites. I'm running out of royalty free songs, which is another reason why I want to get partnered. I've been told you have access to tons of music.

RPM has a good base of music, I personally never need to use it but after I partnered with them they sent me an email with access to decent library of songs, Your channels fine for partnering then, don't see any copyright issues and your views are good enough, I honestly just think it will be they looked but didn't look deep enough, I guess that happens when your having to check over 1000s of applications a day.
