I'd say it was about 4 months ago-ish, a rough estimate from looking at my video manager.

maybe its because your channel is a gaming channel. some networks wont partner gaming channels because the game that you are showing contains copyright that is owned by the games company. so you would need to partner with a gaming network that shares the money with youtube and the game companys that you depict.

some networks are:
tgn
machinima
etc
you can look them up!!!
