RPM turned to worse? :S

it's not about subs, as long as you get 85 views a say that are real they let you in, plus that helps smaller channels like mine :)
 
I got partnered with them last month but I never signed my contract but It says that im partnered :s they even gave me the royaltymusic password.
 
wow thats just strange, what would they expect to get when you have less then say, 50 views a day. Hell even I could get a parnetship then and I only just started...
