RPM turned to worse? :S

So I had a YouTube channel with 240 subscribers I deleted it (I was partered with ATV so I deleted it :D ) and in that time I applied for RPM too. Unfortantly they didn't accept me. So I opened a new channel (at the moment I have 3 subscribers) and they message me if I want to be with them. So I am now partnered with RPM. Okay now back on topic. Did RPM changed to worse? They partnerd me with ONLY 3 SUBSCRIBERS. And I tried to apply with my other channel with 2 subscribers and I got the contract to sign (but I didn't sign it). Is RPM now like ATV??? By that I mean if they actually have some requirements to join.... They said that they lowered down the requiremnets, but this low???

RPM don't care about subscribers. They want 85+ views a day and that's it. How you get those views, providing they are legit, does not matter (i.e. from subs, non-members, etc)

Last night they changed it so people with far less than 85 views per day can get partnered, some people with next to no views are getting partnered its an absolute joke.

Why did you delete the account where you partnered with ATV? Just wait out the contract. That's a real waste. ._.

I don`t think they care anymore :( I tried apply with my channel with 71 views total (in 5 months) yesterday and they accepted me :p (I didn`t sign)
 
If you get partnered with RPM wiht less than 84+ views a day you get a horrible contract with a lot less % of the money earnt going to you. Its like a baby version of their 84+ views a day contract.
