RPM partnering Channels with less views?

A few people have been making threads saying they have been offered partnership with RPM even though they get less than the (previous) Requirements. Can anyone clarify if the 50 50 split for 2 years is the set deal that will be offered to all channels from now on or just channels that are at the lower end of the view scale?

I got a email saying i was apple to Partner with them now because they lowered there standards ( Not sure how to take that) but im curios how i can get ahold of the contract i dont want to sign up before ive had it checked out!

So I did a little test, went to one of my older YouTube accounts with 47 subs and 0 views. It was accepted. Yep, they are pulling an ATV.

They have lowered requirements yes but they have lowered what you will recieve too. The contract is worse now. 50% and 2 year lock in. b******t.
