Yes, but networks won't help you grow your channel. So if you are partnering with a network hoping you will start to gain subscribers and/or views, you are going to be disappointed.

But for networks generally do the CPM's differ from person to person or is it fixed for most persons in the network depending on the size channel you are?

It depends on the network/contract. Generally it varies.

That's good, basically when considering any partnership, read through the contract carefully. You can try to get with RPM right now, but you can technically reject the contract after you read it.

Should be around the same as some Fullscreen subnetworks.

I tried earlier this year about in March and they told me no so I wanted to try get at least 500 subs before trying again

I hate to sound like a broken record but why exactly do you want to be with a network? If it's only because you want them to help promote you, it isn't going to happen.

Nah its not only cause of that. I want some of the features also and their royale free music library could help out a lot.

There are more reasons but those are just the ones at the top of my mind.
