Lol no. I think it just they use similar dashboards. Other than that they are two different networks.

oh right, it's just at the bottom of the RPM homepage it says copyright of Maker and on TGS's homepage they say they're a part of Maker studios.

that does clear everything up thanks for the link so basically they are all affiliated with each other but each is independent of the others.
