RPM A Scam?

Any and EVERY legit bank will require your SSN# in the United States.
That's how they check to make sure you don't owe them previous balances.

lol they're not a scam and they were having problems when you couldn't fill out the payment form. Calm yo titties. They are a sub-network of one of the biggest networks.

with 2000 views unless you have a extremely high CPM you will not of met the payment threshold ($50).
