RPM A Scam?

So here's the story, I've been waiting for about a month for Maker Studios (RPM's sponsor-ish) to let me use the Tax/Paymemt section. In order to get paid, you need to fill it out. I was filling it out and it asked for my 1. Full Social Security number 2. All my bank info 3. My address 4. My signature I'm like, not even the bank asks for my social security!!! Is this a scam and if so, what should be my next move? I haven't gotten a single payment and I finally got 2,000 views in total. Chances are, the took all my revenue money and if I quit their network I will never get that money back!! Feedback is appreciated guys, -globdom

They need this info to report it to the IRS Almost any tax form will request it.. How old are you btw? and also did you meet the 50$ requirement?

1) Were your videos monetized when you got those 2,000 views?
2) You need to meet a threshold of anywhere from $50-$100 before they will pay you it should specify in your contract.
3) I guarantee even 2,000 monetized views would NOT get you close to the threshold.

The threshold doesn't matter right now. I don't think they would need my full social security number for informing the IRS.

It doesn't matter as I don't even have a way to get paid and if I fill in the form, I'll probably be scammed.
As stated before they need your SSN for tax reasons. They have never been known as a scam network, so if you don't want to take the risk then that's up to you. If you're not comfortable with it, I wouldn't mind if you told them to send me the money instead :p
