This guy makes some awesome tracks, I used to use his music in some of our YTtalkTV videos but I felt it wasnt fitting for the type of channel it is but when I make my personal channel I will be using his music all the time, I love it:

I have yet to use it, but it has some great tracks in there, really. I have chosen some for my intro/outro already.

I've been using it for some of my recent videos and yes, it's easy and simple...and safe. Probably a bit annoying if everyone would use the same songs but a good resource if you need something quick.
