Overall, I'd say that your tendency to not speak efficiently, how you can repeat what you've already said, can be your major problem. As a vlogger, you need to be strong in what you're saying. Other than that, I think you're pretty good. It's just a matter of properly promoting yourself, via tags, titles, etc. That's all I can think of. It's just hard to get discovered on YouTube. Keep trying :)
