Hi :) I make beauty videos and have 280 subscribers. For some reason I gain subscribers slowly and I would really like to know what I am doing wrong. I really put my heart into my videos and love making them. I have 24,000 video views and I am wondering why I don't have more subscribers. Thank you for reading this and I hope you can review my beauty channel :)
 
First, the title at the top of your channel is best used as a title for your channel, not a description or to tell people to subscribe.
Also, maybe you should think about getting an intro for each of your videos.
And to top it off, a personalised channel background adds to the channel look and will help people decide whether they want to subscribe or not...

I would say editing and not repeating yourself. When you were talking about your lips, you spent more time than you needed to explaining how you like them, once we get the idea and understand what you're saying, don't dwell on one subject move on, and never underestimate how short the average person's attention span is in this advanced society. But other than that, you're just another adorable girl vlogger to add to our adorable girl vlogger collection. You and Pixie and Harajukuhunny and Vanessa's world all need to get together and collab! It would be an overload of cute female vloggers! AHHHH TOO MUCH CUTENESS FOR ONE VIDEO TO HANDLE!!!!! I want to subscribe to you... it's just the thing is that when it comes to channels like yours, I just... I really feel like it's best if I just... well... subscribe, BAM I subbed ya hahaha had you goin for a sec there didn't I? You know I did...

How do I link people to our skype chat btw? We have a skype chat that we like... you know, skype and chat in and stuff, you should join the partaaaaayyyy!!!! And bring snacks, cause we're out.

I keep thinking about that video and trying to guesstimate your age, you're like timeless. If you said you were 17 I'd totally believe you, if you said you were 25 I'd totally believe you. That's how Pixie was for me too, I am not good at guessing ages hahaha
