You need a blue or a greenscreen. Why? Becasue those two colours are the furthest away from skin tone. Cheapest way is to buy a nice green, not a dark green perhaps a neon green, large enough BED SHEET. And light it up well and even. Also light the subject so there is contrast between the subject and the screen (the two should not blend in together)
P.s. you could try a different solid colour, like purple or something as long its in solid colour. The idea is the one colour will be replace with anything you want so becareful if you have a shirt in with the same colour as your screen...it will also be replaced, unless thats the effect you desire!
