Rejected by RPM because of Copyright?

They are being monetized my youtube is linked with my adsense account, most people that make vids similar to mine make thumbnails with a wrestler in and then a nice background and that is classed as fair usage so shouldn't mine be? Do you still think a network will take me on?

You earn revenue from ads placed on or around your video, not thumbnails... they are only seen in embedded and related videos ;) Yes a network should take you on.

Okay thanks, I've got some friends making better custom thumbnails for me cause they have photoshop, so i can make sure the thumbnails look like custom thumbnails and not just pictures of the actual tv show, this should make it more fair use i hope :p i'm still unsure what network to try sign with at this point and not sure whether i should even be trying to sign for one yet

It's cool, for now you should just chill, continue uploading videos and keep making great content :D There's no rushing greatness ^_^
 
I got the same message when I got rejected.
I sent a ticket and asked why I was rejected and if they could tell me which video has copyright problems (because I have commentary on all my videos) and someone replied and said they were going to forward my message to someone in the network department or something and they would reply shortly but I haven't heard anything in a week.
