Rejected by RPM because of Copyright?

Can someone take a look at my channel and tell me why I got rejected? here's the exact message:

We really appreciate you getting in touch about joining our network.

After reviewing the content on your channel, we have determined that we cannot bring you into the network at this time. It appears that your videos are primarily based on content or music that you may not own or have the appropriate rights to. Once this content has been removed, feel free to reapply.

If you check any of my vids out you will see I have no copyrighted music/footage being used, and also I have no copyright strikes on youtube.

go to your vid manager and check if you have something that could say copyright on your videos? reason might be that some music was used

I got a denial email from them saying that exact thing. It's funny because I reapplied a few weeks later and got accepted.

I did not delete any videos at all, lmao.

Would you not class the thumbnails as fair use? I've never been messaged by youtube about them :/

Thanks, yeah i did think that cause im nothing big on youtube they just looked and thought they couldn't be bothered with the hassle. would u class my thumbnails as fair usage? Would you advise me to re apply when i get more viewers and that they may consider it more then? thanks.

I wouldn't class them as fair usage, but that doesn't matter since they are not being monetized. The thing is when I first looked at your channel, I thought that the thumbnails were standard non-custom thumbnails from the actual video. It's up to you whether to wait for more viewers or not, but it's like VoltageDSG said previously - he got your same email initially, reapplied in a few weeks and got accepted.
