Reducing videos recorded on FRAPS

I found this video yesterdy help me alot,I know that there are many other way to reduce size and everything but one more 's not gonna kill anyone.

Yep, just make sure you checked Xvid codec because else it's gonna jumps from 3Gb to 4Gb...I almost got a heart attack
