Recording people in VRchat?

VRchat is a game where you talk to strangers through voice. I want to make youtube videos on this game. However, I am unsure if i am allowed to record other people talking. Will I need permission?
I dont really want to ask for permission to use the clips everytime.
, to the peeps which whom are in the recordings.

I'll advies to get the permission to avoid any kind of future issue. I don't think you have to ask for permission every time if they are the same group of people.
