Nice background
Could have done with recent videos/playlists on the channel page (maybe a "Best of" playlist?)
I would render in 4:3 rather than stretch it out to 16:9 and keep the black bars (though I heard the mention of a camera somewhere in the near future)
Good voice volume and clarity.
Obviously your speaking skills need training but that comes with time and practice, hang in there.
Vlogs arnt my thing usually and the vlogs I do watch are in my age bracket, hopefully you'll do well with the teenage audience.
