Questions abt Inc.

I applied for Fullscreen Inc. the other day- I didn't think I'd be accepted tbh but I got an email today saying I was (whooo!).

They've sent me the contract but I wanted to ask some general questions seeing as to I have (almost) absolutely no idea what they're about. I read through their website but it seems somewhat vague.. it seems that most of the features they offer, I already have access to? (e.g. soundtracks, sounds, G. Analytics, video monitization)

Some basic information about me that may (or may not) be useful to know:
- I already am able to monitize my videos
- I am able to make custom thumbnails
- I have about 400 subbies
- My video views are low (about 100 views per video- if that on some videos. And over 1k on a few others)

1) In what way is it beneficial to join with them?
2) If you're already part of their team, what can I look forward to?
3) Would it be a good idea to join?
4) Any extra info. that can help

I apologize in advanced if I sound a little ignorant on the subject. ;p

This is a tough one. Fullscreen is awesome in many ways, and they have a forum you can meet other partners on, you'll have the fantastical banner, you'll be protected from click bombing (in theory anyway) they run sponsorship and promotional campaigns, it's good stuff. But some people have been complaining they aren't getting paid and want out from fullscreen as well, and I don't know much about that end of it. Most of what I hear is good, but I have a few friends who have complained that fullscreen wasn't paying them.

1) In what way is it beneficial to join with them?: The payout, sponsorships, etc. I've been partnered with Fullscreen for a few months, and I have found it a great experience.
2) If you're already part of their team, what can I look forward to?: As I said, the sponsorships, the community, payout rates, branding, audience tools, audio library, etc.
3) Would it be a good idea to join?: I took a look at some of your videos, and I think you would be great in the community.
4) Any extra info. that can help: The community with Fullscreen is helpful, it's a well known network, and can provide you with a good experience on YouTube.

If you have any other questions, feel free to message me or talk to the other community members that are partnered with Fullscreen.

Pretty much summed up what i was going to say, i am also with fullscreen. They like adding people to their network that have promising channel and not necessary on stats. I would go for it!

when i first started with them they p****d me off to say the least but after we worked the glitch's out it has been great.

Thanks alls for helping! I haven't gotten a chance to look through the contract until today. I noticed that it does say I will be part of the "Vlog Union" provider network. I checked out their youtube channel and it seems extremely small. Do you think it would make a difference seeing as to how I am a beauty-ish channel and not a vlog channel?
I don't want to make the wrong choice seeing as to how this contract will be a 2 year agreement and one of the main reasons I am considering joining a network is for exposure purposes.. idk how a vlog network would help me gain exposure?

It's not like... they won't get you exposure. But they will give you more tools to get YOURSELF exposure. You still have to use the resources, but it gives you a wider arsenal of weaponry so to speak. If that makes any sense.

There are tons of Beauty Guru's around the Fullscreen community forums. You'll fit right along there I'm sure. Just take the bait. :]

Before you sign that contract, apply to Creator X. They are a sub network of Fullscreen geared towards smaller channels. You still get paid thru Fullscreen with all the same benefits, but with a different support staff in place. The reason for applying there is that your contract would most likely be better-you can get a shorter contract and possibly a better split.
