I have got a question. Maybe it's a stupid question, but I just want to know
I realised I have a Youtube account with 327 subscribers.

My question:

Is it possible to move the subscribers to my new account?

Yeah, just ask people to go there, Actually its a fantastic way of seeing how many subs actually care for your stuff.
